More protection for patients & Relatives
Under the trust policy on Violence and aggression, there is now a section to protect patients/relatives from staff, (as this has happened in the past)
Now instead of staff being aggressive to the public and getting away with it, the member of staff will be dealt with using the hospital's Disciplinary Procedures.
